Seminar Course Sustainability Management
The Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC) announces the offer of the extension course “Seminar Course Sustainability Management”, linked to the international project “Education Network for Sustainability”.
- About the course
This course aims to provide an interdisciplinary approach to the science of sustainability, exploring challenges and solutions for sustainable development. The course will be taught entirely in English, online, through the Microsoft Teams platform.
- International cooperation
The course is part of the “Education Network for Sustainability” initiative, a partnership between Brazilian and German universities that aims to foster academic exchange and the sharing of knowledge in the area of sustainability. This international collaboration allows students to broaden their perspectives and develop skills in a globalized context.

- The role of business in the 21st century;
- Materiality assessment;
- Sustainable Supply Chains;
- Social Responsibility and Impact;
- Sustainability Standards and Regulation;
- Sustainability Accounting and Reporting;
- Sustainable and circular operations models;
- Sustainable Business Models (incl. Marketing);
- Sustainable Finance and Investment.
